Easter Egg Hunt

In its 5th year this year (2023), the Easter Egg Hunt idea came to life on March 31, 2018. The Easter Egg Hunt idea was the start of our family-friendly events. Once we realized how much the community enjoyed and appreciated this type of event, the Fall Family Hayride, The Engine/Tractor Show, and the First Responders For Kids events were created!

The event starts with registration from 10:00am – 10:45am. When you arrive at the Community Center make sure you find the registration table (located near the pavilion) to sign your kids up and get their free meal ticket and their goodie bag ticket. We ask that you and your kids do not enter the roped off hunt areas until you are told to.

The 1–3-year-olds hunt begins promptly at 11:00am. There is a 5-minute wait in between each hunts start time, this allows parents of multiple children the time to move from hunt to hunt. Parents are not permitted within the hunt areas while the hunts are taking place. There are four age groups for kids 1-12 (1-3, 4-6, 7-9, 10-12).

There are prizes for each age group. Each child 1-12 walks away with at least a goodie bag so make sure that you don’t leave without collecting your winnings, make sure you keep track of your goodie bag ticket. There will be two locations for prize collections, the 1-3 and 4-6 age groups will collect their prizes at the garage door that is attached to the pavilion, the 7-9 and 10-12 age groups will collect their prizes at the main door that faces the playground.

There is a free lunch for all Egg Hunt participants, make sure you keep track of your meal ticket. Adult meals are available for a small fee. Meals consist of a hot dog, a bag of chips, a cookie, and a beverage. The kitchen will be open at 11:00am for those that wish to get their lunch early. **please note that while we try to estimate quantity as best as we can, once meals are given/sold on a first come first serve basis.***
